All orders go through a strict quality check before being prepared for shipment to ensure your items meet our quality standards.

Orders require 5–10 business days for processing before they are shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time begins after your order is successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, your selected shipping method’s transit time begins. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, HerHairapy Beauty Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holidays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delays outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for reviewing processing times and selecting a shipping method that accommodates their timeline before placing an order. Orders that do not arrive by a customer’s desired date, but were processed and shipped within the stated timeframe, do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
